Our apple balsamic vinegar is an exquisite composition of apple cider vinegar and apple must, produced in a traditional and artisanal way for our monastery Wöltingerode. The vinegar is obtained from sun-ripened apples and then aged in Limousin oak barrels, thus developing its unique flavor.
