Mountain honey – Solstice flower

Original type honey as in the past.
The honey is spreadable and creamy and has a creamy consistency- just like the honey from childhood days. Its taste is strong & aromatic- delicious.
This honey is stirred gently only once. This guarantees that the small honey crystals can still be felt on the tongue, but the honey remains spreadable.
Unlike our other honeys, it is solid in the jar at room temperature and sometimes it even shows small flowers on the jar wall. Earlier it was known that flowers are a sign of ripe and dry honey. In the case of mature and dry creamy honeys, they are no longer formed on the glass wall.
