Lax “Caraway & Grain”

On the occasion of the opening of the Wöltingerode salmon information center in 2011, our salmon water was launched for the first time. Now the noble liqueur made from caraway and fine brandy is finally back! Namely “LAX” in a chic designer bottle. The whole thing is strictly limited: only 2,800 bottles will be filled , each signed and numbered.

“With this limited special edition we want to thank our customers for their loyalty even in Corona times. The Lax water from Wöltingerode is something very special both in terms of taste and appearance and contributes to the preservation of genuine Harz distillery craftsmanship,” says master distiller Dany Mailah.
